Educational only
Everything on this site, in the members' area and in the group is for education only. That includes lessons, quizzes, Saturday posts, chart examples, the journal and anything a member or the group shares.
We are not a signal provider
We do not give signals, calls, tips, trade ideas to copy, entries, exits or targets. If anyone, inside or outside the group, offers you signals in the name of the Winners Circle, it is not from us.
Not financial advice
Nothing here is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Nothing here takes your personal circumstances into account. The Winners Circle and Built By Billy are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority to give investment advice. If you want advice, speak to an FCA-authorised adviser.
Trading carries risk
- Trading forex, gold, indices, futures, crypto and other markets carries a high risk of losing money.
- Leveraged products such as CFDs and spread bets can lose money quickly. Most retail accounts that trade them lose money.
- You could lose more than you expect, and with some products more than you put in.
- Past results, whether yours, another member's or an example on this site, do not tell you what will happen next.
- Only ever trade with money you can afford to lose. Practise on a demo account first.
Your decisions are your own
Anyone in the group can share results, charts and views, and everyone has their own view. None of it is the group's advice. You are responsible for your own actions: it is your money, your risk and your decision.
Accuracy
We try hard to explain things clearly and correctly, but lessons and examples can contain mistakes and markets change. We make no promise that anything here is complete, accurate or up to date.
Links to other sites
We sometimes link to free videos or tools made by other people. We do not control them, and a link is not an endorsement of the person, their products or their advice. We have no broker, referral or affiliate links.
Agreeing to this
Every member agrees to this disclaimer when they set up their account, and again if it changes in a way that matters.
