Who runs it

What the Winners Circle is
An invite-only group of people learning to trade together, and a members' area with lessons, quizzes, results and a private journal. It is education only. It is not financial advice, a regulated investment service, a broker, a signal provider or a managed account. Please read the disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
Joining
- Membership is by invite from inside the group, and it is free.
- You must be 18 or over.
- When you set up your account you agree to these terms and to the disclaimer.
Your account
- Use a real email address you can receive mail at. We use it for sign-in and account emails.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
Using the members' area
You agree not to:
- post signals, calls, copy-trades or profit screenshots
- sell anything to the group, or share referral, affiliate or broker links
- share other members' posts, charts, results or details outside the group
- post anything unlawful, abusive or that you do not have the right to share
- scrape the site, run bots against it, or try to get round its security or limits
Be kind. Basic questions and messy charts are welcome.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you add, such as your profile, journal entries and charts. You let us store and show it as needed to run the members' area. We will not sell it or use it for marketing. How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy.
Our content
Lessons, quizzes and posts are for your own learning. Please do not republish them without asking.
Availability
We try to keep the site running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free from mistakes. We may change, pause or end features.
Liability
Trading decisions are yours, and so are their results. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any trading losses or for losses from relying on anything on the site or in the group. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Leaving, or being removed
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, and where reasonable we will tell you first and explain why.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will tell members in the app before the change applies.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. This does not take away any rights you have under the law where you live.
